nto this scene bursts an Englishman by the name of Basil Seal. The son of a former Conservative chief whip in Parliament, Seal is a madcap playboy who had struck up a casual acquaintance with Seth when both were at Oxford and who decides to take advantage of the relationship now that the latter is on his throne. But Seal’s objectives are not mercenary; he is out for fun and adventure.
